The actual usage of the hook system needs documented here, I'll wait for
larne to fix that, but here is the list of supported hooks at current.


This is currently the list of supported hooks in ircd-ratbox

"new_local_client" - takes struct Client as an argument and gets called
		     when a new client is introduced but before we
		     release the client into read_packet()
"burst_channel"	   - takes struct hook_burst_channel as an argument
		     and gets called as channels are getting burst on to
		     the network.  See contrib/m_tburst.c for an example

"exit_local_client" - takes a struct exit_client_hook and gets called
		      while a local client is exiting.

"exit_unknown_client" - takes a struct exit_client_hook and gets called
			while an unknown client is exiting.


The following are for debugging and take struct hook_io_data for arguments. 
These can be used for a variety of purposes, but are aimed at the developer
community.
"iosend"
"iorecv"
"iorecvctrl"

Also some modules declare their own hooks, and can be used in other modules. 
The majority of these are used to implement the spy functions in contrib/. 
These all take an argument that is struct hook_spy_data
