cygwin - Additional tools needed to compile Hybrid 6 and/or 7 under cygwin

NOTE:  Current Cygwin can compile Hybrid 6.3.1 and Hybrid 7 without any
additional programs or code.

bind497+cygwin-pkg.tar.gz - bind ported to Cygwin, providing libresolv.
                            This is not needed for Hybrid 6.3, 7, or later.
column.exe.gz             - A port of BSD's column program, needed to
                            create the help file indices in Hybrid 7.
                            Not needed for current Cygwin.
md5crypt-pkg.tar.gz       - An md5 only implementation of libcrypt.
                            Current Cygwin includes a DES only libcrypt.
src/bind497+cygwin.patch  - A patch for bind 4.9.7 to make it compile on
                            Cygwin.
src/column-cygwin.tar.gz  - My port of BSD's column program, the source
                            tree.  The Cygwin implementation is done better.
src/libcrypt-md5.tar.gz   - The source of the above md5 crypt library.
