This includes modifications we made to ircd, that would allow "special"
privileges.  For example, the /leet would give users the ability to join
channels with keys, get +o's in channels, etc.  We also made a /stealth
mode that would allow a user to join channels without being seen and
would appear off-line.  Modifications were made by Shok and peedee,
grep'ing for "Shok" or "peedee" will show modifications.  This is no
longer being developed (problems are likely to result in a multi-server
network like EFNet).  Big thanks to peedee for all the help.
