ircd-hybrid patches by gregp (xyst).

these are all unofficial, unapproved, not-recommended, and at-your-own-risk.
these were either made because i thought they'd be fun, or someone asked.

remote-whois-notice.diff		- show remote whois' to local opers.
								  (depend on WHOIS_NOTICE, this combined with
								  default behaviour will generate a notice to
								  an oper every time their idle time is
								  revealed.)
compile-info-oper-only.diff		- makes /info report only the 'credits' of
								  the ircd for remote opers, and only local
								  opers can see compile-time options and uname
								  output.
iline-flag-canflood.diff		- adds another iline-flag, '|'. grant the
								  ability to flood that we give opers to people
								  with this flag in their iline on connect
								  rather than on-oper
umode-p-hide-statsp.diff		- add umode +/-p, to let opers hide from a user
								  stats p'ing.  all opers are still shown to
								  anyone opered.
umode-l-no-idle.diff			- add umode +/-l, to let opers control whether
								  their idle time is reset.
settable-operstring.diff		- add S: line in ircd.conf and /quote set
								  operstring.  change the "is an IRC Operator"
								  thing in /whois. (S: added to change on
								  startup)

I'm not responsible if this causes your ircd to fall flat on its face, puke and
die, and eat your hard drive for breakfast.  I'm also not to blame if these are
run on networks that don't want them.
