Hey, would you archive this patch for hybrid 7.1 for me. It adds umode +S
support for hybrid 7.1. There is a run down of what it does.

1. Adds umode +S for "services client"
2. Umode +S is not user settable, the client must be introduced with umode +S
from a services server or a server that supports the umode +S change.
3. User marked with umode +S cannot be killed, deoped from a channel, or
kicked.
4. When you whois a client with umode +S, the channels the client it is in will
not show up and the whois line will show a 310 numeric saying "blah is a
Network Service".
