IRC (Internet Relay Chat) provides a way of communicating in real time with
people. Generally, the user runs a client program to a server running a
IRC server software. Hybrid ircd is such a server.

Move pkg/ files into package's toplevel directory
This form allows you to request diff's between any two
revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision
name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric
name using the type-in text box.
