JChanBot - A small Perl bot (formerly) used on irc.rt.ru to keep track
           of juped channels (for logging and restoration purposes).
           NOTE:  This is not needed for ircd-ratbox which preserves
           /resv commands between restarts.
OperBot - A bot for IRCOp's to use to get invited and opped in a channel
          (No userlist, this bot checks to see if the user is an oper
          by using the WHO reply)
          NOTE:  Now supports KNOCK on Hybrid 6 and 7
opb-dexit - Based on OperBot v7, includes a number of enhancements and
            better documentation.
