ALIS - Advanced List Service

This service connects to the ircd (> 2.10.3a3) and serves
the users a nice and easy way to list channels.

Most of the intresting stuff to setup can be found in config.h
To get information how to SQUERY the service see the file
SQUERY.

The service should have a high ping frequency on a big network
(cause of the large amount of data he gets on the connection).
A sendq of 2 MB should be enough.

To make this think work edit config.h and change the values you need,
after that, use make to make alis.
