SplitServ is an IRC service to track, log, and report netsplits.
This version supports Hybrid and Dal Dreamforge protocols.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
SplitServ is no longer maintained.  The code from SplitServ has been
incorporated into Stats, and is an optional module to that program.
People using Dreamforge or derivatives will not be able to use current
versions of Stats, and will this have to use this program to provide
Split reporting.

Anonymous CVS:  Use the following commands to log into my CVS server:
   cvs -d :pserver:cvs@cvs.botbay.net:/usr/local/cvsroot login
   Press <ENTER> at the password prompt
   cvs -d :pserver:cvs@cvs.botbay.net:/usr/local/cvsroot checkout Split
