- Filter is no longer case sensitive while matching.
- /FILTER command was corrected.
- /LIST only shows (S) to Network Administrators that are +N

- Service shortcuts can now be generated with the script in
  tools/services
- The word and color filters can increase CPU usage of the ircd.
- Currently there is no set limit for the amount of words in the filter list.

- Network Administrator is more then just a status symbol
- SSL client connections now supported.
